Delivery & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please allow for extended dispatch times during peak periods, including Black Friday and December.


Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer FREE UK Standard Delivery on all orders.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to all countries.

  • Orders over £100 qualify for free international shipping (automatically applied at checkout).
  • Standard international shipping is £10.99 and takes 10-15 business days, depending on location.

Customs & Import Fees

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by Luxe Emporium.

We cannot facilitate international returns. For more details, see our International Returns Policy.


Personalised Items

If your order includes a personalised item, please note:

  • Personalised items require 28 days for manufacturing.
  • Your full order will be dispatched once the personalised item is complete.
  • If you would like other items dispatched separately, please place two separate orders, or a £3.99 postage fee will apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us via the Contact Us page with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

Important Information

  • Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. If you no longer require your order, you must return it after receiving it.
  • Address Changes: We are unable to update incorrect addresses due to high email volumes.
    • Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order, including your house number.
    • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a £4.99 reshipping fee will apply.
    • If you do not wish to have the order resent, a £4.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Lost or Delivered Orders:
    • We do not cover orders marked as delivered by Royal Mail’s GPS system and image proof.
    • We recommend having orders delivered to a secure address to avoid any issues.
