Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 working days excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Please allow for extended dispatch times during peak months/Black Friday/December.

International Shipping

We also offer international shipping to all countries. Orders over £100 value have free shipping this will automatically applied at checkout. Shipping is £10.99 and takes 10-15 business days depending on location.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Luxe Emporium is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. We also cannot facilitate international returns.

Personalised Items

If you have purchased a personalised item within your order they have a 28 day manufacturing time your full order will be dispatched once the personalised item is complete. If you would like your order dispatched separately please place 2 orders or a £3.99 postage fee will apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please message us on the Contact Us section on our website with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Important Info

We are unable to amend or cancel orders once placed you must return the order once received if you no longer require it.

Please note we cannot alter any incorrect addresses due to the high volume of emails we receive. Please ensure you check your address is correct and your house number is included. if the order is returned back to us a £4.99 charge will have to be covered to get your order re-shipped. If you do not wish to get your order sent back out a £4.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund for postage, packaging and admin charges. 

Please note we do not cover any orders marked as delivered with Royal Mails GPS system and image proof. For this reason we suggest you get orders delivered to a secure address.
