Delivery & Shipping Policy

Luxe Emporium - Shipping Policy

At Luxe Emporium, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with fast and reliable delivery. Please read our shipping details carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • During peak periods, such as Black Friday and December, please allow for slightly extended processing times.


UK Shipping

We offer FREE Standard Delivery on all UK orders.

Next Day Delivery:

  • Orders placed before 4pm Monday–Friday will arrive the next working day.

  • Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the following working day.


US Shipping

  • FREE shipping on all US orders over £150.

  • Delivery takes up to 10 working days.

  • All duties and taxes are included at checkout.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • FREE international shipping is automatically applied at checkout for orders over £150.

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations (excluding the US, where these are fully covered by Luxe Emporium).


Personalised Items

  • Personalised items require 28 days for production.

  • Your full order will be shipped together once the personalised item is ready.

  • If you’d like your other items sent sooner, please place two separate orders, or a postage fee will apply for split shipping.


Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number.


Important Information

  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot amend or cancel it. If you no longer require your order, you will need to return it once it has been delivered.

  • Address Accuracy:

    • Please ensure your address details are correct before completing your purchase, including your house number and postcode.

    • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a £4.99 reshipping fee will apply.

    • If you do not wish to have the order resent, a £4.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Lost or Delivered Orders:

    • We are unable to cover orders that have been marked as delivered by Royal Mail’s GPS and image-proof system.

    • To avoid issues, we recommend having your order delivered to a secure address.


Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are subject to production times.

  • Please be mindful of this when ordering, as your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready.
