If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable once purchased.

A £4.99 return shipping fee applies to UK returns. This covers the cost of a tracked label and will be deducted from your refund.
Our team reviews return requests within 24 to 48 working hours (Monday to Friday). If you experience any issues, please email customercare@luxeemporiumx.com with your order number.
We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs for international orders.
Customers outside the UK must arrange their own tracked shipping and email customercare@luxeemporiumx.com to request the returns address before sending the parcel.
Luxe Emporium is not responsible for international returns lost in transit.
Return windows are calculated from the delivery date shown on tracking:

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 10 to 14 working days for processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit vouchers are sent by email as digital codes and can be used on any future Luxe Emporium purchase.

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Orders that include free earrings may be returned for either a credit voucher, or a refund minus the value of the earrings.
