Returns Policy

Luxe Emporium Returns & Refunds Policy

At Luxe Emporium, we take pride in the quality of our jewellery and the experience we deliver. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including jewellery boxes and pouches.
1.2. Rings must have their original tags attached to be eligible for return.
1.3. If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, it will be sent back to you.
1.4. Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for refund or exchange (Please see point 5 for more information)
1.5. For faulty or damaged items, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
1.6. Original shipping costs and Package Protection are non-refundable once purchased.


2. How to Start a Return (UK Orders)

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our UK Returns Portal:

You’ll be able to:

  • Generate a QR code for drop-off, or

  • Create a printable shipping label

A £4.99 return shipping fee applies to UK returns, which covers the cost of your tracked label.

Our team reviews return requests within 24–48 working hours (Monday–Friday).
If you experience any issues, please email customercare@luxeemporiumx.com with your order number.


3. International Returns

We do not provide return labels or cover shipping costs for international orders.
Customers outside the UK must arrange their own tracked shipping and email customercare@luxeemporiumx.com for the returns address before sending their parcel.


4. Return Window

  • Returns received within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund.

  • Returns received after 30 days but within 45 days are eligible for a credit voucher.

  • Returns received after 45 days cannot be accepted.


5. Non-Returnable & Exchange-Only Items

Non-returnable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or custom jewellery

  • Rings with tags removed

  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchange-only / credit voucher:

  • Wedding Sets (made to order)

  • Blue, Green & Fuchsia Jasmine Rings

  • Made-to-order or pre-order items


6. Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 10–14 working days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Credit vouchers are sent via email as digital codes and can be used on any future Luxe Emporium purchase.


7. Promotions & Free Gifts

For promotional offers (e.g., 3 for 2, Free Ring, Free Bracelet):

  • All items must be returned to receive a full refund.

  • Alternatively, you can keep the promotional item and have its value deducted from your refund.

Free Earring Promotion:

  • Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items purchased with free earrings can be returned for either a credit voucher or a refund minus the earring value.
