Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including jewellery boxes, pouches and any protective materials provided
  • Rings must have their original tags attached to be eligible for return
  • Watches must be returned unworn, in their original packaging, with all links intact and unaltered
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration or use will not be accepted and will be returned to you
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for refund or exchange (see Section 5)

If you believe your item is faulty or has arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable once purchased.

2. How to Start a Return (UK Orders)

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our UK Returns Portal: https://returnsportal.shop/luxe-emporium-x/return

  • Generate a QR code for drop-off, or
  • Create a printable tracked return label

A £4.99 return shipping fee applies to UK returns. This covers the cost of a tracked label and will be deducted from your refund.

Our team reviews return requests within 24 to 48 working hours (Monday to Friday). If you experience any issues, please email customercare@luxeemporiumx.com with your order number.

3. International Returns

We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs for international orders.

Customers outside the UK must arrange their own tracked shipping and email customercare@luxeemporiumx.com to request the returns address before sending the parcel.

Luxe Emporium is not responsible for international returns lost in transit.

4. Return Window

Return windows are calculated from the delivery date shown on tracking:

  • Returns received within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a refund
  • Returns received between 31 and 45 days of delivery are eligible for a credit voucher
  • Returns received after 45 days of delivery cannot be accepted

5. Non-Returnable and Exchange Only Items

Non-returnable items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalised or custom jewellery
  • Rings with tags removed
  • Clearance or final sale items sold during Vault Sale
  • Watches that have been worn, resized, adjusted, or returned without original packaging and all links intact

Exchange only or credit voucher

  • Made to order and custom sized items
  • Pre-order items

6. Refunds and Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 10 to 14 working days for processing.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit vouchers are sent by email as digital codes and can be used on any future Luxe Emporium purchase.

7. Promotions and Free Gifts

Promotional offers (for example 3 for 2, Free Ring, Free Bracelet):

  • To receive a full refund, all items included in the promotion must be returned.
  • Alternatively, you may keep the promotional item and its value will be deducted from your refund.

Free Earring Promotion

Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Orders that include free earrings may be returned for either a credit voucher, or a refund minus the value of the earrings.
